The problem
- Selling play sessions as a partner on DISTRICT and BookMyShow meant payouts arrived weeks after the visit and had to be chased.
- The platforms' QR tickets couldn't be read by the venue's own system, so staff checked tickets by hand while families queued.
- Quiet weekday slots stayed unsold, and the venue got little verified customer data back.
What we built
- FunWala: parents compare, book and pay in one place, with honest weekday and group deals.
- Payment split at source and the provider's share released the same working day, with a daily statement.
- Signed QR tickets, an offline scanner app and tickets that scan straight into ZoneMatic.

The problem
- Most of the business ran on paper: agents' application forms were filled in by hand.
- Every order was punched in manually into two systems, the wholesaler's portal and the billing records.
- Monthly bill runs and mid-month changes were calculated by hand, with no automation between ordering, billing and accounts.
What we built
- OSSWorks: AI reads a typed or photographed application form into a draft order, entered once.
- Orders flow to the wholesaler and status flows back, with one staff queue for anything that fails.
- An automated billing engine prorated by the day, posting invoices and payments to Zoho Books.
